• Maybe. Works greak with 13"and has extra room. The dimension is roughly 11x14.5 excluding rounded corners.

• This bag will go for 13” or smaller, however they have another size that will take up to 15”.

• I'm going to say "yes." I can almost fit my 15.6" laptop into the bag, but I'm barely able to NOT zip the bag over the laptop (the laptop protrudes by maybe about half an inch, at the corners). It fits fie in horizontally--just not vertically. Might be a bit snug, though. Bag still carries well, too. Doesn't feel too heavy on the straps.

• The actual inside diameter of the largest compartment is 12" wide x 10" tall.
