• Not sure if its waterproof but resistant perhaps. Its a good Budget bag that will fit a 15.6 inch laptop.

• My laptop is 151/2 inches and fits in this case without any problem.There is plenty of room in the case for additional materials (reports, pencils, etc). I find it is easy to take to meetings as well as on a plane ride as it fits perfectly on the pull down tray table. I have received many compliments on how professional it looks.

• I blieve it is waterproof. I woud think it would be approved for flying but I have not used it to fly.
