What is the Velcro strap on the side for null

It is for securely hanging on your roller luggage handle. I use it to keep the strap from flopping around.

It's a "trolley strap" that fits over the handle of your wheeled suitcase.

The Velcro strap on the side of this case is another compartment. It’s pretty much like the zipper compartment it just has a Velcro strap instead.

I would use it on my suitcase with wheels and the extending metal handle for pulling, it would easily fit down over that handle and then the velcro would help secure it around the handle, then when not in use the velcro just keeps it looking tiddy. Not positive on this but thats what it looks like. I am sorry, I am too lazy to drag my suitcase down out of the closet right no to test it.

To carry my laptop and other items needed when I travel.
