To rain, absolutely. Submerge it? Water is gettin in.

No but can be slightly water resistant

I would call it slightly water resistance, definitively not water proof. But you could probably buy shoe waterproof spray and spray the backpack if you wanted it to be more water resistant.

I believe it is waterproof but I don’t know.

Not 100% sure since I’ve never taken it out on a rainy day. I only use my for work which is a quick walk from the car to the office.
