• I don’t see why not it has two separate compartments. I have a 17 Lenovo workstation and it fits with other large items.

• I do not know how big the Canon printer is, but I can tell you that I carry a comparably sized laptop in one compartment of the bag, and I carry a boxed webcam and a portable projector (with their cables) in another compartment--with room to spare.

• i use a Pixma and have flooring samples in it. You would easily fit both.
