That is entirely up to the condo regulations. If they allow it, follow your precautions and do not build a too large flame etc.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You should check with your condo association to see if the are any regulations regarding the presence of an open flame. Personally, I don’t see any danger of a fire hazard when using strictly pellets and observing normal safety precautions. Realize that it does take some time to cool down after use.
