  • QuestionCan these speakers be used outdoors in a covered patio? The specifications identifies these as outdoor speakers but I am not sure if this is an error.

    • Answer Hi, Thanks for the question. The Sonance C Series speakers will work outside; however, they are not designed to be used in areas that would expose them to excessive heat, cold, water, moisture, etc. Installing the speakers in a place that is open to outside elements could shorten the speaker's expected usable life, so I cannot recommend them for outdoor use. We have a speaker designed specifically for harsh environments; it's our Visual Performance Extreme line of speakers, which can be viewed here: https://www.bestbuy.com/site/sonance-visual-performance-extreme-vpxt6r-6-1-2-passive-2-way-in-ceiling-speakers-pair-paintable-white/6253949.p?skuId=6253949 We have engineered these speakers to live in/withstand the outside elements. The Sonance C-series speakers will work in a bathroom setting; however, they are not designed to be used in areas that expose them to excessive heat, water, or moisture. Installing these speakers in a bathroom may expose them to these elements, which could shorten the speaker's expected usable life, so I cannot recommend them for use in a bathroom.   • QuestionAre these intended for single speaker stereo applications ? If so, do you still need to run 2 wire pairs for the respective left and right channel, or a single wire pair?.

    • Answer Hi, Thank you for your question. The Sonance C-Series speakers do not pivot. i would recommend the Sonance MAG6R speakers. Both the woofer and tweeter pivot on this model.
