No it’s not weather proof. And you want it connected to your WiFi.

The amplifier included with the Sonance MAGO6SYSV3 system (Sonos Amp) is not weatherproof and is designed for indoor use only. Even if it’s placed outdoors under a covered patio, it should not be exposed to moisture, humidity, or temperature extremes. Many customers instead choose to place the amp indoors (garage, utility room, or media cabinet) and run speaker wire out to the outdoor speakers. I hope you found this information helpful.
