“The satellite speakers sounds great. But the sub is not loud. Sub gets loud/sounds good if I switch the balance to either just the left or right speaker. Why is the sub is not loud when listening to both speakers in stereo? I’m using a sonos amp. Thanks.”

it is very loud..check connections for reversed.
