Q: Questionwill this work with best buy Mag 6.1 system. Need a rotary volume controller for this? Hoping yes, it's same company but want to make sure?

The Sonos Amp delivers 125 watts per channel into 8-ohm speakers, which exceeds the 60-watt rating of the volume control. This mismatch can lead to overheating, distortion, or even damage at higher volume levels. Additionally, the MAG 6.1 system is designed to have its volume controlled digitally through the Sonos app using the Sonos Amp. I hope this information is helpful! Q: QuestionI have two pairs of speakers connected to 1 Sonos amp. Sonance in ceiling and sonance mariner 66. Can I use this to control the volume of one of the pair? It’s too loud in the other room.

• A:Answer Hi, This volume control can accept speaker wire sizes from 20 to 14 AWG and accommodate up to (2) 8ohm speakers per channel.
