“I have Sonos bar and Sonos subwoofer connected my tv. Also have 2 stand alone Sonos 5 speakers. Is possible to connect Sonos amplifier to my Tv and Sonos5 speakers and set up to work like home theatre?”

Hi, great question! The Sonos AMP has and HDMI port that can plug into your TV. It will power two speakers of your chose in a stereo set up, imaging the center channel for clear dialog. The Sonos Fives can then be set up with the AMP as surround sound speakers. In this set up you would have a 4.0 Home Theater system. You could add a SUB for 4.1 Home Theater sound.
