• That's about it as far as what's included with package. The SONOS is heavily dependent on the 'newer' version of its phone app. It may take a minute to get use too, but it is a good app that will tidy things up for you. There is no 'remote.' The phone app is a remote substitute.

• No remote, just the app which you download to your phone. The manual that it comes with is very basic, but it doesn't need to be complex as the setup is a snap.
