• Install the Apple Music App and open it through the Sonos app. Works great!

• Hi Tom, Apple Music works in two different ways. The first is integrating the service into our App. This option puts the music and room selection in place. Second, your can use the AirPlay function from your IOS device to send the music to the Arc speaker. Thanks, for your inquiry.
