• Hi, and thank you for your question. The answer to working with the Apple TV remote is "technically no, but yes" If the Arc is plugged into your Tv via the ARC HDMI port on your tv that activates what's called CEC. Using your apple tv remote (or your phone's side volume buttons) will control Arc's volume because the Apple Tv is commanding the Arc through your Tv's ARC port via CEC. We know... confusing. The simple answer is; Yes, as long as the Sonos Arc is plugged in via ARC. If you plug in into the tv using optical with the included adapter... no.
