the ARC does not stream it becomes your TV sound output connected at the HDMI ARC port

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Tom, thank you for your question. The Sonos Arc does not output audio via bluetooth. The Arc will play whatever content it is being sent via the HDMI eARC connection, Airplay 2, and the Sonos App. If your source is sending audio via bluetooth to your hearing aids, and is still sending audio to the TV and then is wired to the Arc, it could play both at the same time. But that all depends on the kind of source and TV you are connecting to the Sonos Arc.
