“how do I connect a turntable or allow a turntable to use the speaker. I have a Sony str dn1030 amplifier but I don't want to use this on my tv...only want to connect my turntable and allow the Sonos speakers to be the sound.”

If you are able to connect a HDMI cable to your turntable and then connect opposite end to your TV, then it might work. You may need a Smart TV and it would have to be on. Select the input and if needed, turn on your SONOS system. Good luck, and check to confirm my setup.

You can plug your turntable into the back of it and play music through your Sonos speakers. Worth noting, you made need a phono preamp if your turntable doesn't have one built in.
