• Hi, thank you for your question. The Sonos Arc can be used as the only speaker in a TV set up.

• I just purchased the arc and sub for my living room. I live in a small ranch and it blows my house up. It is fantastic! I also have hardwood floors which really contributes to a great rumble on the lows.

• I did not purchase any additional speakers. The sound is sufficient. I do miss surround sound and will eventually add on.
