• The Sonos arc will work with most tv's since 2017. Make sure you have an hdmi-arc input on your tv and you will get all the benefits of this sound bar.

• Hi, and thank you for your question! For all intents and purposes, the Arc should work with your Samsung Q8F. There is a know issue with Samsung passing audio to our products via eARC so that's worth looking into. You can use Arc with ARC,eARC, or Optical.
