You'd have to identify what Sonos product you are talking about. The sound bar does not have Bluetooth, for example, while the Move does. For me, Bluetooth pairing was a breeze. But if the unit has been paired previously (you have an open box or used item), you have to do a factory reset.

Hi! Sonos Beam does not support Bluetooth. Our products that do support it are Roam, Move, Era 100 and Era 300.
