So it will go wherever your modem is, not with your speakers. What's interesting is that each speaker then serves as its own network hub for the boost system, expanding coverage throughout your home.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sonos creates its own network. Wherever you place a Sonos product it will expand the covered area. I have used a Boost and an Amp to create a larger network. Just be sure your bridge is connecting via Ethernet cable to your wifi router.
