The sonos output connects over rca. If you cut one end you can connect with the center wires if necessary. (PA system Voltage units often us wire) Ethernet, places on your network and can act as a hub to a second sonos.

Please try again later.The ethernet port allows for wired network connection which might be preferable to the wireless network connection specially if you do not use a Boost network. Using an stand alone DAC might improve the sound if it's a superior DAC to the one built into the Sonos Connect. I do not understand where the need for a booster comes in.
