I would be glad to help but since I cannot take to you directly I strongly recommend Sonos tech support. The are wonderful and patient. Tech support stayed on the phone with me over 1 hour when I had a particularly difficult issue. Go to the Sonos website and look for tech support and there is a phone number available.
