If you're already in the Bose ecosystem probably isn't the device for you. This is great for someone who has already bought into the Sonos ecosystem then this is a great addition. The benefit to this is you're getting the great sound Sonos is famous for but also adding the ability to use an Echo enabled device (not having to plug in two separate devices)
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No reason; your method is a cost-effective way to have a good sounding smart speaker. I like the seamless integration I get with multiple Sonos products and having Alexa built-in, but not everybody can afford to go that route. You would lose a lot of the flexibility of a multiple speaker Sonos system by going your route, but if it works for you, enjoy!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you already have speakers you like there probably isn't any. Like you said there are many ways to accomplish the same thing. Sonos has great sound for a good price. I like the portability of it. It is wireless other than an AC outlet for power. So you can move it from room to room if you like. I like to take mine out on the back porch.
