“Would there be any issues with moisture if used under a patio for an out door speaker?”

Hi, I used a pair of Sonos 1's in a covered outdoor kitchen year-round; estimate they were out there for about 4+ years, never had a problem with moisture. One was about 5' above our grill / smoker, so also exposed to those elements. Pretty robust speaker. I would expect these never were exposed to direct moisture, I.e. rain or snow, but the humidity of St. Louis, no problems.

The Sonos One is a sealed speaker that is designed to withstand humid environments and variations in temperature, like a bathroom or a garage. It is not designed to withstand the full force of the weather which is why outdoor environments with direct exposure to the elements is not recommend.

They make a speaker just for out doors. You need to purchase that because If you take a chance and use this one outside It may damage it. Why take a chance. Just put more $ out there and get what you need so there are no issues.There products are all high QUALITY you won't be sorry.
