Hi, and thanks for your question! Yes, You can use a Sonos Port to plug both of these devices and listen through your Sonos system. Note that for your turntable you may need a phono pre amp. Find more info on that here. https://support.sonos.com/s/article/3548?language=en_US The back of the Port has 1 analog input. As far as the USB flash drive our products do not have USB ports, however you can upload those songs to a Plex account or on a NAS drive and listen wirelessly that way. If you'd like to use your wired Subwoofer, we would suggest the Sonos Amp for whatever speakers you want to use that with. Example, Have the turntable ran to the analog input on the back of Amp, that will power your passive speakers and your wired subwoofer. Amp will not allow you to use your wired subwoofer with one of our speakers or in another room. It will simply power the sub and speakers you'd like use together.
