“I purchased 2x Sonos SL One Gen2 speakers, didnt realize that you also need a Sonos soundbar to sync with my Samsung TV. I read that the Beam will work via "e ARC" but see the Ray only connects via Fiberoptic. Is there a difference or preference?”

if youre looking for sound quality, beam if youre looking for lowest price get the ray beam the beam features simulated Dolby Atmos using an Earc connection. The sound difference between the two are sound quality and volume. The Beam will be great for medium to large rooms where the Ray is great for smaller listening environments. It all depends on your budget and what size of experience you are looking to have.
