Can I control volume with my xfinity remote? null

Yes. I control the volume of my LG OLED 55" with my Xfinity remote. Go into the TV's settings, sound out, use wired speaker (which is the Sonos Ray connected by optical wire), and sound comes out thru the Sonos Ray.

Maybe. If it is an IR remote then yes. If it is an rf you might still be able to but I can’t tell you for sure. I could with a little bit of digging in the settings on my LG tv with its rf remote. Sorry I can’t be more specific with the details. In case it helps the ray doesn’t connect with hdmi it uses the optical out of the tv.
