I used a cable concealer to hide mine, it's the easiest way and requires no experience. Just tape it to the wall and hide the cables inside it. They usually come in white, but you can paint them to match the color of your wall.

You can also look into in-wall wiring if you have the experience, otherwise I understand that BestBuy offers this type of service for a fee (greatly reduced if you have their Total Tech Support membership). No, I don't work for Best Buy.
