• Yes, but only one device at a time can be connected . You need disconnect from one Bluetooth connection before you can connect to another. I use the headphones interchangeably with my phone, tablet and PC without any problem. There is an app for smartphones that controls the functionality of the headset as well.

• No I dont think so. I have these connected to my laptop and cellphone and the cellphone connects first and wont allow the bluetooth on my laptop to connect to the headset. Now maybe its because it's a H.P. laptop. But I have theses connected to my samsung tablet and that didn't work as well. Theses are comfortable and connect fast but not as loud as I would have wanted them be. My opinion only.
