Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Everyone correct about the Sony phones but they also sound great with phones that support Qualcomm's aptX Bluetooth like the Samsung phones. I use mine with my Galaxy S7 Edge they sound amazing. The headphones already have DSEE and LDAC which upscale you music to near Hi-Res.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. My research tells me that the newest line of Sony Xperia phones, especially the Xperia XZ, will give you the highest audio quality. Generally speaking, any apt-X compatible smartphone will give you near CD quality over Bluetooth but if you are an audiophile and demand Hi-Res quality, then something with LDAC support (such as the XZ) is the way to go.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They would work fine with any smartphone. I wouldn't make my decision based around these headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Tushar is correct... The headphones have best performance using LDAC. I ordered the Xperia™ X which supports Hi-Res LDAC. FYI The best buy site doesn't seem to specify which models are LDAC compatible.... http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/products/phones/
