That is why I am asking what is the best amperage for charging if I do not have PC with USB port near me.

Maximum USB current draw I've measured while charging is approximately 0.45A, most but not all of which is directly consumed by the battery. The battery is a 1.2AH lipo unit and using Sony's stated full charge time of 4H, the average battery input current during charge is 0.3A. Also at at the advertised 30H run time in NC mode the current consumption is 0.04A. So as a rule of thumb the average play / charge ratio is 0.3A / 0.04A = 7.5, which roughly agrees with the stated 70m play with a 10m charge.
