These headphones have a standard 3.5mm input on them to use with non-bluetooth devices. Most likely your tv has Optical/Coax and possibly RCA outputs. A lot of tv's also have a headphone port as well. A good option would be to determine which output you have, and look at getting a bluetooth receiver that can plug into that output. That way you don't have to worry about wires. Another thing, if you're planning on wearing these for playing videogames on your tv, check your console. I can't speak for the Xbox as I haven't tried it, but the PS4 supports bluetooth audio. You could pair the headphones directly to it, bypassing the tv entirely. Hope this helps.
