- Answer That will depend on the media player device. If the player supports the proper Bluetooth profile and codec, then there's no reason it won't work. Example, my PS4 can see the headphones as a Bluetooth device, but it won't connect to it since it doesn't support BT audio for some reason ( no idea why Sony wouldn't allow their own products to work toegether like this, but there you go ).

- Answer There's small cosmetic differences in the materials used on the outer ear cup, it's more grippy. It's also much quicker at connecting bluetooth and switching from my mac to iphone is much smoother as well. I just got them so that's all Ive noticed so far.

QuestionWill the noise canceling work when the headphones are used in wired mode? Also are these headphones durable enough to last a long time?

- Answer Yeah, the noise cancellation will work in wired mode. These headphones are not exactly durable though as they have fragile hinges that have broken off easily. These are just observations I've commonly noticed from reviewers. Sound is awesome Noise Cancellation is great But its too fragile, Sony has reportedly ignored other people's cries for help after the headphones breaking between 1-12 months. The problem isn't necessarily the headphones, the problem is SONY. (Below are just a fraction of the pictures of broken sony's

QuestionI am unable to charge my Sony1000x. After 5-10 minutes it says ‘power off’ for no reason. This went on for over 2 hours. I have tried wall charger and booted computer. I just bought these 4 months ago at Best Buy. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

QuestionI currently lost my USB wire for this headset. Can I use the USB wire for my phone to charge the headset? It can be plugged in and it worked. Will it damage the battery or the headset? If it will damage it, how can I find an original wire?

- Answer Depends on the cable you, if its a trusted known brand like Samsung or Belkin I would trust it. I recommend getting an Anker USB Charger all their chargers are top notch even better than the original OEM chargers the headphones came in.

QuestionShould the issue with cracks keep me from buying these headphones? My QC15s have been perfect for 2 years but I want to upgrade. After testing these and the QC35s I prefer the Sony, but I want quality that will hold up on my trips. How big is the issue?

- Answer They come with a case for transport and storage. Probably wouldn't recommend them if you aren't going to use the case. The case is solid though and protects the headphones. You won't have any issues if you use it.
