“I have 5.1 in-wall speaker system pre-wired in my basement. The wires to connect to sub-woofer are banana plugs (one red and one black) However the receiver has only 2 RCA outputs for the subwoofer. Do I need to buy some kind of adapter / converter?”

• It is my understanding that no power is sent to the subwoofers from this amplifier. So if your previous unit provided power, you may need to replace your current sub woofer with a powered sub woofer.
