• No not directly. But if you get an amp and a 12v supply you can.

• Car electronics are made to run off DC voltage (a battery) Home electronics run off AC voltage. There is a type of rectifier you can get to make The DC to AC conversion, but whether or not the connections would match this I'm not sure. The subwoofer jack is pretty generic, just an RCA, so it could be possible.
