Q: QuestionHi= I need an amp that you can control the vol to each speaker, (at least 4, like you can do in a car, front back, and left right) does this receiver have the ability to adjust f/back and l/right outputs ? If so, what kind of speaker needed or desired ?

Q: QuestionHow can it be an 1155W receiver (165W/ch) when the total power consumption is 240W, per page 63 of the owner's manual? And why would Surround Mode output power be 165W/ch, when the Stereo Mode Output Power is only 120W/ch, with THD = 0.9% in both cases?

Q: QuestionThis STRDN1080 won’t work with my Visio E55D0. My cables are 4K but tv is 1080p. Xbox 1X and Roku won’t show picture and a brief flicker. Any ideas? My IHA and I have racked our brains.

• A:Answer Not sure - BUT , make sure you check the INPUT settings on your TV remote and make sure you are set on the proper input ( HDMI ) port. If not , no video will be displayed. For example - if your xbox is in HDMI 2 , you must set the TV to HDMI port 2.

Q: QuestionCan I customize speaker output levels for different Presets? For TV/Bluray input I need to raise center channel level. For PC input, I need to lower it. Manually adjusting settings every switch is cumbersome.

Q: QuestionI have read multiple reviews claiming problems between this receiver and Samsung tv's. Has this issue been fixed? The next tv i was planning on buying was a Samsung, but if there are still compatibility issues, then I may have to reconsider.

• A:Answer Sorry, I have a Sony Bravia TV. I have found that compatibility can be an issue between components so I try not to mix different manufacturers. I have been very happy with my new Receiver/Amplifier. My only complaint is if you use a Blue Tooth speaker you can only output to one system at a time. When the blue tooth connects the amp shuts off both speaker zones. I over came this by connecting a separate BT transmitter to Zone 2. This allows play of both zones with zone 2 driving my patio speakers.
