“I bought this, connected an analogue cable and got audio. When I connect an optical cable from my computers sound card, I get nothing. I've tried resetting the device. I have the bar set to TV. I assume the optical is for input.”

Have u checked the computer digital cable out ? I got this out of the box and was up in running with the optical cable within 2min. Plug and play for sure Or check other inputs
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You might need to reset your soundcard and update the drivers. Also make sure the optical cable is fully seated, it's easy at times to think it is fully seated when it is not (this has happened to me several times). You may have to specify in the soundcard drivers that it needs to send signal to the optical port. Lastly try using the optical port on a TV to the sound bar to isolate where the issue is in either the optical in port on the sound bar or the sound card in your PC.
