“I can no longer change the subwoofer volume with the subwoofer volume button on the remote control. It will go up and down with the main soundbar volume button, but nothing changes with the subwoofer volume button. Any ideas what the problem might be?”

• The subwoofer IS connected and has volume that will change with the main volume button, but if I want to change the volume on ONLY the subwoofer, I can’t do it. The SW+/- button does not seem to be working.

• I have a similar problem, but when I checked, I noticed that the subwoofer was not connected with the bar. After I connected, the problem was resolved
