“I am trying to reset the soundbar, to get the subwoofer to sync again. I am pressing INPUT, and VOL minus, and POWER, all together for 5 seconds. Nothing happens. Should the unit be ON or OFF when I try this? Is this the correct reset command?”

Yeah if it's a Bluetooth issue and it won't connect.....sad to ya you have to take it back to bestbuy to have a tech look at it. Worst situation they'll send it to Sony to take care of it. I had the same situation. But luckily the manager was kind enough to just replace my sound bar.
