Q: QuestionWE have a new tv and sound bar and woofer. Is there some instrucitions with this. it is set up but am confused wherther to use sound bar remote of tv remote. Can we set it so the sound bar stays on the same volume,and use the tv remote for mute?

• A:Answer If you do not like to change up your settings then yes your usual tv remote should be able to change the audio directly on the sound bar (if connected via HDMI). However if you like to change audio settings from tv to movie to music then I would recommend keeping it on hand. Also you can lower the subwoofer to 7-8 range for most tv but for some movie its recommend to push the subwoofer to 12 and really hear the boom

• A:Answer It is. That is the same tv I have, just in a different size. For best results, connect to the HDMI ARC port. It should be HDMI 4.

Q: QuestionI have a Sony sound bar with a wireless sub woofer model HT-CT370 that I purchase from Best Buy around two years ago. Is there any way to add additional wireless or blue tooth rear speakers to this system? If if yes what are my options?

• A:Answer As it is a 2.1 configuration the answer is no. The subwoofer is wireless but that is the only you can connect. You must look for a sound bar that offers 5.1 sound or similar if you want rear subwoofers

Q: QuestionMy Tv HDMI 2 port does not have ARC. It shows HDMl 2/DVI. Could I connect by using the Digital Audio Out (Optical) only? Thanks in advance.

Q: QuestionTeam, This product gives 120 volts of input power supply and i want to use this product in India which supplies 220/volts . so pls confirm if we can use it India without any performance issue or do we need to use any surge protector/voltage converter

Q: QuestionIs there a adapter that connect to the sound at and the subwoofer because for some reason my sound bar isn't connecting to he subwoofer

• A:Answer The subwoofer connects to the sound bar wirelessly via bluetooth. You have to sync the two devices. The instructions are in the user manual that comes with the sound bar, although I'll admit I had to go through the syncing process several times before I was able to get them synced.

• A:Answer This unit can be mounted on a wall. There is a supplied wall mounting brackets. There will be wires between the TV and the sound bar. Hiding them is up to you.
