The subwoofer connects to the sound bar wirelessly via bluetooth. You have to sync the two devices. The instructions are in the user manual that comes with the sound bar, although I'll admit I had to go through the syncing process several times before I was able to get them synced.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No cord, it's wireless, in the direction s u see FAQ it tells what to do with that problem, I think it's a reset button, I ha e this system up North at my cabin, and no cell service is needed, just reset it. It really works awesome
