• A:Answer To my knowledge,no. The soundbar comes with its own remote. If there was a way to operate it using the tv remote you would be able to go to menu/speakers/ and select external, but that option does not exist on the query screen.Of all the amazing things that the remote can do,seems strange that isn't one of them,I think it assumes that if you have a soundbar you have the soundbar remote.

Q: QuestionHi, I lost instruction sheet on how to connect subwoofer, I'm not sure of how to turn it on anymore. Do I need to connect it via Bluetooth, or by the input on our tv?

• A:Answer There is a button on the back of the sub and it should say "sync". Once connected the red light infront of the sun should turn yellow. Make sure the soundbar is on while you sync. Hopefully this answered your question!

Q: QuestionI have a new Sony XBR and already use the optical port. The back of the soundbar says "HDMI Out/ Arc" whereas I need an INPUT from the TV. I have seen a competitor unit which features a HDMI In AND a HDMI Out, implying a pass through. Confused about HDMI.
