There is a button on the back of the sub and it should say "sync". Once connected the red light infront of the sun should turn yellow. Make sure the soundbar is on while you sync. Hopefully this answered your question!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No, you just need to plug in a power outlet, no need to connect to TV. It will find the speaker "by itself" wirelessly. When you plug in the power outlet, the red light is on and once it finds the speaker, it will become green. That is how the subroofer connects to the speaker.
