make sure your cables are hooked up correctly. You can down load an app-remote from Sony to your phone. It works great.

Let's try to isolate the issue by following these steps. Try to press the OK button when the option asked between "yes" or "no". If pressing OK didn't work, do a power reset with the soundbar, unplug the unit for 1 minute then plug it back in. Regards, Sam
