“soundbar is connected from cable box to soundbar to tv........will not play volume when hooked up form tv to soundbar! With the current hook up, cant use smart tv for you tube or any apps, no sound. Help!!!!!!!!!!!”

Hello albert! We recommend checking that the sound bar is connected directly either to the audio out port of your television or if it is compatible with a feature called Audio Return Channel (ARC) when using an HDMI connection to make sure that the HDMI settings are set to ON in your television to activate this feature.
