“Just bought a new tv. No cable on antenna. Have an old Sherwood stereo. Used to be able to get sound through speakers, doesn't work now. If I use an Optical cable from Tv to the Optical on this stereo, have tv speakers on external, will I get audio?”

• Hi Spyderlady, This specific receiver doesn't have DIGITAL OPTICAL IN port. This receiver supports RCA analog connection only. Please check the rear panel of this receiver int he link below. https://docs.sony.com/release//STRDH130.pdf Thanks, >Joffrey
