Unfortunately, the KD32w830k is not compatible with the Comcast app, as Xfinity has designed their application specifically for select devices, and this TV is not included in that list. However, if you're referring to Comcast internet or a cable box, you can absolutely use the TV for that purpose! The TV is equipped with Wi-Fi capabilities and also features HDMI ports, allowing you to connect it to the Comcast cable box via HDMI. However, regarding voice capabilities, the KD32w830k does come with a remote that features voice functionality.
