Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, I have purchased this set of speakers. I have followed every instructions. When I do the sound Optimizer and it produces sound for each speaker the atmos speakers have sound but when I am watching a movie or listening to music I don't hear anything from them I haven't even unplug them and isolated the sound to just those two speakers and I get nothing. I am actually going to the store this weekend to talk to a representative myself. As I stated I have followed every suggestion from YouTube videos and I haven't had any success. I don't know if the what you're playing back has to be some type of Atmos I'm not even sure what Atmos is. I thought it was to enhance the sound quality of my theater system
