• It's 35.5 inches wide and 21.5 inches high when mounted on the included base. The base is about 8 inches front to back.

• With stand, it is 35-5/8" wide x 21-5/8" high x 7-5/8" deep. Without stand, it is 35-5/8" wide x 20-5/8" high x 3-1/8" deep. Note: the stand's footprint itself is "U" shaped and open in back. It is also 1-5/8" high, but the TV fits into a slot so that the overall height is only raised 1".
