• I can't tell what you mean by "converter". Do you really mean "tuner"? OTA signals have been digital for some time now, and this set has both ATSC and ClearQAM tuners, so any sort of converter would be irrelevant. Only old, analog TVs require "digital converters".

• Yes! With this device you don't need a digital converter, just a regular antena
